Tom Hollander will read Roald Dahl’s hilarious take on some of the best-loved fairy tales in Revolting Rhymes. Expect some surprising endings… Recommended for ages 5+.

Tom Hollander, star of TV’s Rev and Pirates of the Caribbean reads Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes – reinterpretations off well-known fairy tales with some very surprising endings.

Tom first appeared on Broadway as Bosey in the Almeida Theatre’s production of The Judas kiss opposite Liam Neeson at the Broadhurst Theatre.

Winter’s Tales is supporting Give a Book, a local charity gifting books to a wide range of people who might otherwise not have access to them in schools, prisons and other organisations. Winter’s Tales will also help to raise funds and awareness for the Kensington and Chelsea Foundation Grenfell Tower fund. The K&C Foundation is an independent local charity and 100% of the money it receives for the fund will support the residents who lived in Grenfell Tower and others affected from the local community.

Print Room at the Coronet Little Writers Competition

As part of our Winter’s Tales storytelling festival, children in Key Stages 1, 2 and 3 are invited to enter an original short story into our Little Writers Competition. The story can be on any subject, and must fit on one A4 page. Handwritten and typed entries will be accepted. For each group, a first prize and a runner-up prize will be awarded. All winning stories will be published here, on our website. Prize winners will receive books from Lutyens & Rubinstein, a chocolate goody-bag and a signed certificate.

Entries should be emailed to hello@the-print-room.org. The deadline for entries is midnight on 31 December 2017. Winners will be announced in January.
