The Print Room History

The Print Room officially opened in September 2010 in a converted graphic design studio and printing warehouse on Hereford Road. So far, we have presented eight seasons of work comprising theatre, dance, concerts, art exhibitions and a variety of multidisciplinary collaborations. Now in our ninth year, and in our new home The Coronet in the centre of Notting Hill, we hope to continue our mission: to stage exciting undiscovered pieces by great writers, and to provide an opportunity for emerging and talented artists from all fields.

The Print Room is a registered charity (no.1141921); it receives no regular public subsidy. As such, we are dependent on the generosity of our supporters to present our work.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our supporters, donors, colleagues, artists and friends who have helped us on our journey so far. We would not be here without their kind support.

 

SCRIPTS, PROJECT PROPOSALS AND HIRES

We do not have a literary department at the theatre, so, unfortunately, we cannot accept unsolicited scripts. However, if you would like to invite our Artistic Director Anda Winters or one of our team to attend a performance or workshop please write to invitation@the-print-room.org  Please send invitations at least 4-6 weeks before the event takes place. We are a small team so cannot see everything we are invited to but will endeavour to attend as much as possible.

All productions and events at the Print Room at the Coronet are programmed solely by the Artistic Director, and as a general rule, we do not hire our spaces out due to our busy performance schedule.
